Creator Program Policy

Effective Date: October __, 2025

Introduction
1. This Creator Program Policy (“Policy”) governs your participation in the Creator Program (“Program”) of Play On - Challenge a Friend (“Platform”), operated by Papaya Stars Ltd. (“Papaya Stars”).
2. By enrolling or participating in the Program, you agree to this Policy, as well as to our Terms of Use (“Terms”), Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, all of which continue to apply in full. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms.
3. The Program allows eligible players (“Creators”) to earn rewards based on how people interact with their Content. It is meant to motivate Creators to keep sharing quality Content and make our community more engaging for everyone.
Tiers, Rewards and Payout Mechanism
1. The Program offers two tiers for Creators:
  1. “Entry Tier”:
    1. Granted upon meeting the minimum eligibility criteria as set forth in Section 3.1 below, after Papaya Stars reviews and approves your participation.
    2. Entry Tier Creators will be eligible to earn in-game benefits such as Coins and Tickets for all Content they post, such as posting Challenges, recording and publishing participation in a Challenge, or recording and publishing a Live Competition session - which will be added to your account on the Platform. There is no cost for creating a Challenge, and the number of Coins and Tickets you will earn will depend on several factors, as set forth in the Creator Hub.
  2. “Pro Tier”:
    1. Based on your level of activity and engagement as an Entry Tier Creator, Papaya Stars may invite you to join our Pro Tier. While you may apply to join the Pro Tier at any time, selection for the Pro Tier is entirely at Papaya Stars’ discretion, and will be based on our review of your profile and Content.
    2. Eligibility for Pro Tier is determined by meeting internal performance thresholds set by Papaya Stars. When evaluating your performance for Pro Tier eligibility, we will consider the engagement metrics, as shown in the Creator Hub, including total Challenge participants, reactions, views, followers, likes and shares.
    3. Pro Tier Creators are eligible to earn monetary rewards in addition to Coins and Tickets, credited to their Platform account ("Monetary Rewards"). All provisions relating to Monetary Rewards under this Policy shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with our Terms. This includes, without limitation, (i) terms concerning withdrawals and eligibility to withdraw (and Papaya Stars’ discretion to modify such terms without prior notice), (ii) identity-verification requirements, (iii) currency conversion, and (iv) your obligation to comply with the terms and policies of third-party payout services.
2. A Creator Hub is available to all tiers for monitoring performance, viewing earnings history and payout status (for Pro Tier), accessing official instructions and guidelines, and discovering additional tools or features designed to help improve engagement.
Eligibility Criteria and Enrollment Process
1. Once you have met the minimum eligibility criteria for participation in the Creator Program, which Papaya Stars may update from time to time at its sole discretion, a pop-up notification will invite you to register via a designation pop-up for participation in the Program through the Creator Hub.
2. Enrollment to the Pro Tier of the Program shall require completion of a short application form, which is available at the following link.
3. To be eligible to participate in the Pro Tier of the Program, Creators must:
  1. Be eighteen (18) years of age or older; and
  2. Not reside in any Prohibited Jurisdiction, as set forth in the Terms.
4. Papaya Stars may, at its sole discretion, request identity verification or additional documentation prior to approving you as a Creator.
5. You represent and warrant that you shall comply with our Terms, the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, without any history of material or repeated violations. Papaya Stars shall regularly review Creators’ profiles and Content to confirm continued compliance with this Policy, the Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines, as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Your Content
1. As provided in the Terms, by uploading Content, you grant Papaya Stars a worldwide, royalty-free license, fully paid up, irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license to use, modify, transmit, create derivative works of, distribute, reproduce, and publish your Content, in any medium or format. Please refer to Section 6 of the Terms for the complete terms regarding the rights to Content.
Behaviors & Prohibited Content
1. In addition to following our Terms, the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, Creators must comply with the following conduct and Content standards:
  1. You may not create Content that is primarily intended to appeal to minors, or maintain your profile in a manner that encourages minors to use the Platform;
  2. You must maintain an active account. Once you achieve a tier within the Program, your tier status will be preserved provided you remain in compliance with this Policy, the Terms, the Privacy Policy or Community Guidelines. However, Papaya Stars reserves the right to review tier status in cases of prolonged inactivity (as defined by Papaya Stars) or a violation of the Program requirements;
  3. Pro Tier Creators must provide accurate payment information;
  4. Any Content you create must be original and authentic, and you cannot encourage, facilitate, or arrange for inauthentic engagement with your Content, such as fake traffic, mass produced or repetitive posts, artificially inflated views, watch time, likes, or similar metrics;
  5. You must hold all necessary rights and permissions for any Content submitted;
  6. You should behave respectfully toward followers and other Creators, and upload only respectful Content; and
  7. You will not, and will not encourage others, to engage in financially abusive behavior, such as manipulating or inflating monetization statistics, or misusing monetization features through illegal, fraudulent or deceptive means.
Compliance with Laws
1. You are not permitted to participate in the Program, in Challenges or in Live Competitions where prohibited by law. Restrictions regarding Prohibited Jurisdictions, export controls, and trade laws are set out in the Terms and may be updated at our discretion. Please refer to Section 8 of the Terms for the full and binding provision.
Program Governance
1. Papaya Stars retains sole discretion over all matters relating to the Program, including:
  1. Determining Creators' eligibility, enrollment and promotion between tiers;
  2. Setting and updating performance thresholds;
  3. Determining the type, amount and timing of rewards or payouts;
  4. Reviewing Content to ensure compliance with this Policy, Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws; and
  5. Removing or suspending a Creator from the Program for non-compliance, inactivity or at Papaya Stars’ discretion.
2. If you violate this Policy, our Terms, Privacy Policy or our Community Guidelines, Papaya Stars may:
  1. Disable your monetization features or terminate your Creator account on the Platform. Upon termination of your Creator account, you will no longer be entitled to any earnings or in-game rewards; and
  2. Withhold, adjust, or forfeit any in-game rewards and earnings, including Coins, Tickets, Monetary Rewards, and real-money incentives, associated with violations of this Policy, or chargeback (or deduct) any earnings associated with violations of this Policy against any current balances or future payments due to you. For Pro Tier Creators, we reserve the right to withhold your earnings to investigate violations of this Policy, and to make necessary determinations regarding whether earnings should be withheld, adjusted, or forfeited.
Compliance, Taxes and Legal Obligations
1. As a Creator, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, tax obligations and reporting requirements related to rewards or payouts you receive through the Program under the laws of your country of residence. We recommend consulting your local tax authorities or a qualified tax advisor.
2. Papaya Stars may withhold or delay payments if required to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests from authorities.
Changes to the Program and to this Policy
1. Papaya Stars may modify or discontinue the Program, its tiers, eligibility criteria or any other aspects thereof, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice to you.
2. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform or notifying Creators via in-app notification or a push notification. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Agreement to Arbitrate / Class Action Waiver
1. Any disputes between you and Papaya Stars relating to the Program or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration (with limited exceptions). Please refer to Section 14 of the Terms for the full and binding provision.
